We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise a child and create a better future for them.
The Career Imagination Program was founded following insights gained at the OECD Summit in Paris, where the critical gap between education and employment in developing nations became crystal clear.
We recognized that Uganda’s youth needed more than traditional education – they needed practical skills, mentorship, and connections to the global economy.
Today, CIP has become a beacon of hope, transforming the lives of over 30,000 young people through innovative training programs and sustained mentorship.

Our mission is to equip young people in Uganda with hands-on practical skills, mentorship, and digital tools to bridge the gap between education and employment.
Whether it is a reassuring conversation, financial help, education, professional training, or simply the assurance that they are not alone, we will make sure that everyone gets support that meets them where they’re at as quickly as possible.
Our Vision
We want to build a Uganda where every young person has the skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive in the global economy.
Our entire team wants to see a world where every youngster struggling in any way feels able to reach out and has people who’ll help them with education, jobs, and more. We want to spread out in every region so we’ll be reachable to all.
